Yes. Grover Fashions provide a World Tour service. Please check out our World Tour page to see if we will be in your Country soon and book a meeting with us. If not, please contact us to arrange a meeting on our next World Tour.

| How does the World Tour work? |
The World Tour allows us to give a personal service to our clients wherever they are in the World. When you book a meeting with us, we can arrange personal measuring appointments and take orders from you, business clients, family and friends. Customers that you refer to us will earn you Reward Points which can be exchanged for our services. Back to top |
| How would you know my measurements? |
If you are an existing client we will have the details we need already. If you are a new customer, and do not live locally for personal measurement, you can go to our How to Measure page where we have a guide on how to measure yourself and a form for you to print out and complete. SImply Fax or send the form to us and we will create a customer number for you and your measurements. If you wish to order again from us, then all you have to do is quote your customer number and your measurements will already be on our files. Back to top |
| What if my measurements have changed since my last order? |
No problem. Just visit our How to Measure page and complete the appropriate measuring form. Then simply fax or send to us to with your customer number and we will update your details. Back to top |

| What materials are available and can I get samples? |
We have a vast range of materials including silks, cashmere and cotton. Please contact us if you would like us to send you samples of our cloths. Back to top |
| What about alterations after receiving my order? |
We hope that clothing sent via mail order will be a perfect fit, however in the situation that alterations are needed we may arrange for one of our carefully selected tailors, if local to you, to carry out the alterations. If not, your clothing can be sent back to us for immediate alterations where we will re-imburse you for any postage costs. Back to top |
