For us to proceed with your order, please follow the instructions below.
New Customers
As a new customer, you will need to visit the How to Measure page and complete the appropriate 'How to measure yourself' form for your gender along with details of the type of clothes you want. Once we have received your details we will come back to you with a quote for your order and a customer number. You will then be required to make payment, as per the details on our 'How to make payment' section at the bottom of this page.

Existing Customers
As an existing customer, all we require are details of what clothes you want, how you will pay and your customer number (this would have been supplied to you on your first order). These details can be emailed or faxed to us on the number at the bottom of this page.

Please note, if at anytime you feel that your measurements have changed, please visit the How to Measure page and complete a new 'How to measure yourself' form to keep us updated. This will ensure that we can continue to provide you with the professional service that you always expect and always receive, from Grover Fashion Tailors.
Important Information - Please read before sending your order.

1) On receipt of your order we will email or fax you to confirm your instructions and start to prepare your clothing.

2) Please supply as much information as you can regarding style, cloth, fitting etc. to ensure that everything will meet your requirements.

3) Once we have received your order and payment, clothes are normally despatched and delivered within 10 days.

4) If you require samples of our cloth, please email or call us.

5) Please indicate on the order form whether your measurements are in inches or centimetres.

6) Any additional paperwork that needs to be faxed/sent to us, please include your full name and address along with your customer number if applicable.

Credit Card Payment
You can now pay Grover Fashion by VISA & MASTERCARD via a secure online transaction simply by entering the amount of your purchase and your customer number in the following form. You will then be directed to a secure payments page to give your card details. Please note we can only accept US Dollars at this stage for online Credit Card payments.
